Media
The Web site uses Windows Media Video (WMV), Shockwave Flash Video (SWF), and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file formats for multimedia videos. The appropriate plug-in for each video type wiil be required for the user to view the video.
Other
A known issue in Internet Explorer 6.0+ requires that the user have the browser setting "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" turned off to download the Excel exports from the secure payments.coserv.com site. This is usually turned off by default, but if the user is experiencing problems downloading content from payments.coserv.com, the user should make sure the setting is off.
To disable the setting:
1. Open the Internet Options window (right-click on the Internet Explorer icon and select Internet Properties)
2. Go to the tab, "Advanced," and scroll down to the Security section.
3. Find the setting "Do not save encrypted pages to disk." Make sure this setting is unchecked.
4. Click on OK to save the setting and close out the window.
