SUMMARY OF DISRUPTIONS AND RESTORATIONS: Between noon Thursday, when the Winter Storm Warning took effect, and noon Friday, CoServ Electric reported 10 weather-related power disruptions affecting 4,033 Members. This represents about 3 percent of the total number of CoServ Members throughout our electric cooperative’s six-county service territory. As of 6 p.m. Friday, all disruptions had been restored, with the average restoration time of 2.5 hours. 12/06/2013: The Winter Storm Warning has expired for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but a Hard Freeze Warning is in effect until 9 a.m. Saturday.
