CoServ sends seven juniors on Youth Leadership Tour

Seven lucky high school juniors took an all-expenses-paid trip to the capitols in Austin and Washington D.C. for CoServ’s Youth Leadership Tour in June.

The 10-day trip was educational, inspirational and will help students stand out when applying for colleges, scholarships and jobs. The Youth Leadership Tour has been an electric cooperative tradition for more than 50 years, giving young adults a better appreciation of state and federal governments.

Congratulations to these juniors for being selected for the 2022 Youth Leadership Tour. They are the first to have the chance to take the trip since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Students must have completed their junior year of high school by June 2023 and have an active CoServ Electric or Gas account at their permanent residence.
