Every month, more than 1.5 million electric cooperative Members in the state receive Texas Co-op Power magazine. This makes it the largest-circulation monthly magazine in Texas. In January, more than 250,000 CoServ Electric Members and CoServ Gas Customers received the magazine containing important information about SmartHub, our new online billing, payment and outage notification system.
Why is my account number changing? Why is my new account number so important? Why am I getting a paper bill mailed to me this month?
