Attention: Budget Billing Participants

Twice a year in April and October, CoServ Members on Budget Billing will receive an updated Budget Amount, which will be their new bill amount for the next six months. This amount takes an average of your usage over the previous 12 months, as well as any overpayments or underpayments (credits or debits) over the last six months.

You can find your updated amount in the Message Center on your new bill.

Budget Billing is designed to make it easier for Members to budget through an extreme summer or winter by taking the higher costs and spreading them out over six months rather than having extremely high bills during the hottest or coldest months.
