CoServ launches new website

CoServ continues to make improvements for our Members and Customers in 2023, first with the launch of an easier-to-read bill in January and now with a completely redesigned CoServ.com website.

We hope Members and Customers will find the new website easy to navigate and informative. Whether you are wondering what to do in a power outage, how to transfer service or want to see what your electric or gas rate will be this month, everything is easy to find and spelled out in clear language and full transparency.

“As your electric cooperative and natural gas utility, CoServ exists to supply reliable and affordable energy to the Members and Customers we serve while also improving our community through the CoServ Charitable Foundation, Academic Initiatives and volunteer efforts,” said Denise Smithers, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. “This website is designed to help bring all of these facets of service together in one place as another way to make it easier to serve you.”

Most pages also feature links to relevant articles at the bottom. Our Help section is also completely new and integrated with the rest of CoServ.com.
