Son la Junta Directiva de CoServ Electric, miembros de CoServ elegidos democr\u00e1ticamente que supervisan el funcionamiento de tu cooperativa y trabajan juntos para defender los intereses de sus compa\u00f1eros socios. Los directores <i>no <\/i>son CoServ Electric  Empleados y no forman parte de las decisiones empresariales cotidianas. 7<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Annual Meeting Notice and election ballots <\/strong>were mailed to eligible CoServ Electric Members on <strong>Thursday, May 14, 2026.<\/strong> The packet includes a paper ballot and instructions for using the secure web portal, where Members may cast their votes electronically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The CoServ Electric Director Elections voting period closed on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 5 p.m. CST. <\/strong>Thank you to all our Members who voted. All CoServ Members, as of the official record date, will receive a mailed ballot packet and are eligible to vote.\n<strong>March 27:<\/strong> Director nomination petition and other required forms are due to CoServ&#8217;s corporate office by 5 p.m. CST and by appointment only.\n<strong>April 6:<\/strong> Last day for Board Candidates to withdraw from the election. The withdrawal must be a written notice.\n<strong>May 14:<\/strong> The Annual Meeting Notice and ballots were mailed to all eligible CoServ Electric Members (as of the record date). Directors are expected to spend additional time prior to the monthly meeting preparing for the meeting and staying current on industry issues. Directors will also be required to attend quarterly workshops and special meetings as called by the Chair of the Board. CoServ management provides Directors with a substantial amount of information and data that requires time to review and read. A new Director can expect to be required to spend additional time outside of the Board meetings to become familiar with the operation of the electric cooperative and the energy industry.
