From the hurricane-ravaged swamps of Florida to the scorching heat of a county road in North Texas, CoServ linemen are ready to don their heavily insulated sleeves and gloves and ascend in a bucket truck at a moment’s notice.

National Linemen Appreciation Day is April 18. What better way to show appreciation than to feature comments from our Members that we’ve received on social media in response to our linemen’s efforts over the past year.

HISTORY

The U.S. Senate passed a resolution in 2013 recognizing April 18 as National Linemen Appreciation Day. This came after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast the year before. Linemen were instrumental in restoring power in the aftermath but the day now recognizes the work of all linemen across the country.
