Financial Assistance Available During Times of Need

As a CoServ Member, you are part of something bigger and perhaps there’s no better example of that than the CoServ Charitable Foundation’s (CCF) Utility Assistance Program. It’s the CoServ Advantage in action!
It starts with Members and Customers who participate in Operation Roundup, rounding their bill up to the nearest dollar. By donating just pennies per month, an average of about $6 per year, you’re ensuring that CCF can continue distributing grants to nonprofits in your community. That includes providing utility assistance through our seven social service agency partners.
CCF distributed $328,000 specifically for the Utility Assistance Program in 2024.
Michael Donohue, Case Director with All Community Outreach, said they meet with 40 to 45 clients per week. The utility assistance is used exclusively for the bills of CoServ Members and Customers.
“The clients are extremely grateful. It means a lot to people who are about to be sitting in the dark.” Michael said.
“It’s really the perfect circle – 100% of the money donated goes directly to CoServ Members and Customers in need,” said Glen Squibb, Director of Community Engagement. “Our partnership with these agencies is critical because they help identify and assist those who truly need support.”
