CoServ’s 2023 Annual Business Meeting set for June 6

This year, CoServ Members will elect the Board of Directors for Districts 3, 4 and 6. For details on election term length, please visit CoServ.com/Elections.

Board Directors must reside in their district but are elected at large by all eligible Members. Voting can be done through a traditional paper ballot, which will be mailed separately (not in Texas Co-op Power), or they can vote online using the link provided in the mailed publication.

WHEN: Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

WHERE: CoServ Headquarters in Corinth, Texas

ONLINE: The meeting will be broadcast live AND available for viewing on this webpage.

BOARD SEATS UP FOR ELECTION: Districts 3, 4 and 6. Click here to view the CoServ Board District Map.

VOTING: Board Directors represent all CoServ Members, so all eligible Members can vote in the election (not just those residing in Districts 3, 4 and 6). Ballots will NOT be in the May edition of Texas Co-op Power magazine. Instead, similar to the last two years, paper ballots will be mailed directly to the homes of Members by the third-party election firm Survey & Ballot Systems, and they will include a link to a secure web portal where Members can choose to cast their votes online.
