CoServ’s 2023 Annual Business Meeting set for June 6

The annual meeting will be streamed live on this webpage and a recording will be available for viewing afterwards.

This year, CoServ Members will elect the Board of Directors for Districts 3, 4 and 6. For details on election term length, please visit CoServ.com/Elections.

Board Directors must reside in their district but are elected at large by all eligible Members.

WHO CAN VOTE? CoServ Electric Board of Directors represent all CoServ Members, so all eligible Members can vote in the election (not just those residing in Districts 3, 4 and 6).

VOTING CLOSED on June 1 at 5 p.m.

DOOR PRIZES: Each ballot successfully received at the office of Survey & Ballot Systems by June 1 at 5 p.m. CST will be entered in this year's random drawing for 50 $100 electric bill credits. The drawing will be conducted by Survey & Ballot Systems and winners will be announced online after the conclusion of the virtual business meeting.
