The CoServ Board of Directors
The CoServ Electric Board of Directors is a democratically elected board of CoServ Members who represent each of the seven geographic districts in our service area. Having a representative on the Board is one of the biggest parts of the CoServ Advantage because we’re owned by you, the Members, and the Directors are your representatives.
He fills a vacancy left on the Board when Leon Pelzel retired on Aug. 1, 2024. Per CoServ’s bylaws, the Board of Directors may appoint a new Director to serve the remainder of District 2's term, which ends in June 2026. After much consideration and candidate interviews, the Board selected Pat. There will be an election for District 2 next May, and the results will be announced at the 2026 Annual Meeting.
