Show CoServ linemen that you appreciate them

Everyone who enters will win a toy CoServ bucket truck!

Have you seen the workers in hardhats and rubber gloves in the bucket trucks working in your community? Maybe they visited your child's school for a presentation or career day.

We owe much of our modern life to the hard work of CoServ linemen. Electricity charges mobile devices, powers gaming consoles and keeps your home cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

CoServ is offering children the chance to show their appreciation to CoServ linemen and get published in the April edition of Texas Co-op Power magazine.

How to enter

  1. Start by listening to the January edition of CoServ’s As A Meter of Fact podcast, which features a real CoServ linemen supervisor talking about the work they do, the dangers they face and how their training keeps them safe. Listen for the secret code word during the podcast.
  2. Next, write a few sentences (50 words maximum) thanking CoServ linemen for keeping the power on and restoring power as safely and quickly as possible during outages. You can also include photos, drawings and just be creative! Don’t forget to include the secret code from the podcast!
  3. Then, send the letter to us by the Feb. 16 deadline!
