CCF grant helps restore seniors’ Hearts and Homes

After receiving a vision that she would one day work in home restoration and care for low-income seniors, Susan Frank eventually founded Hearts for Homes. Restoring more than homes, Hearts for Homes seeks to restore the dignity of the seniors it serves.
