Change Your Rate Program

In addition to the Standard Rate, CoServ has two rate plans to fit our Members' lifestyles: our Summer Savings rate and our Solar Savings plan, which offers 100% solar energy for Members who want to go solar without having solar panels installed.

To change your rate plan:

1. Login into your SmartHub account
2. Click on Disconnect & Rate Request in the menu on the left
3. In the Reason for Inquiry drop down menu, select Rate Request - Residential.
4. Complete the form and submit your request.
   1. Select Account
   2. If applicable, select the Service Location Address
   3. Choose the Required By Date
   4. Select the desired rate from the Select Rate drop down menu
   5. Send the request
