Alexa, Google, meet SmartHub
Make your smart home even smarter by connecting your CoServ account with your voice assistant. You can now use Google Home and Amazon Echo devices to check your CoServ account balance, make a payment, and get other account-related information.
Ask the voice assistant questions such as:
- What's my account balance?
- When is my due date?
- Pay my bill
- Are there any alerts?
Set-Up Guide
Google Home Devices
Automatic Setup
- Ask the Google Assistant, "Hey Google, talk to CoServ."
- Review and agree to the Google Assistant privacy policy when prompted.
- Log in to your CoServ account using the same credentials for SmartHub.
- After linking, the prompt to access your account info is “Hey/OK Google, talk to CoServ.”
Manual Setup
- Open the Google Assistant or Google Home app on your phone.
- Tap the microphone icon and say “Talk to CoServ.”
- It will ask you to link your account. Tap 'Yes'
- Log in to your CoServ account using the same credentials for SmartHub.
- After linking, the prompt to access your account info is “Hey/Ok Google, talk to CoServ.”
Amazon Echo Devices (Alexa)
Echo Automatic Setup
- Ask Alexa to talk to SmartHub: "Alexa, let me talk to CoServ." Alexa will respond: "Okay, here's CoServ. To use it, you'll need to go to the Alexa app and complete setup."
- A card will appear in the Alexa app that will prompt you to enable the skill and link your account.
Echo Manual Setup
- Open the Alexa app on your mobile phone or tablet.
- Select Skills & Games from the menu.
- Search for 'CoServ'
- Enable the 'CoServ' skill.
- You will be directed to the CoServ login page—log in using your SmartHub credentials.
