Setting up Account Alerts

Want to receive alerts for outage, paperless billing, and usage updates straight to your email or through SMS? Use SmartHub to update your notifications preferences.

  1. Log in to your SmartHub account
  2. Go to the 'Notifications' drop-down menu
  3. Click on 'Manage Notifications'
