The August edition of Texas Co-op Power features an updated look that ushers in a new era for the magazine first published more than 75 years ago.
Texas Electric Cooperatives redesigned the magazine for CoServ and 63 other electric cooperatives in the state to better reflect modern co-ops and the communities they serve.
In addition to the statewide articles, photos and recipes delivered every month to more than 1.5 million readers, each edition of TCP features news CoServ Members can use to save energy and money, understand their energy consumption and help support their communities and neighbors.
August’s edition includes articles about:
- Small businesses helped by Denton County’s OPEN Grants program, which was funded by CoServ Capital Credit retirements.
- The COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on electricity demand and impact on ERCOT.
- The high school graduation ceremonies at Texas Motor Speedway, which were sponsored by CoServ and allowed more than 13,000 seniors to receive their diploma.
- CoServ’s Customer Care Team’s adjustment to working from home.
In addition, we list the many ways you can contact us with feedback or inquiries, including the quickest way to report an outage and how to contact our Executive Leadership Team and the CoServ Electric Board of Directors.
