CoServ's Energizing Educator program supports and recognizes outstanding Educators who go above and beyond to make a positive impact on their students' lives.

We believe that Educators have the power to inspire, motivate, and educate the next generation of leaders, and we want to do our part to support their efforts. By investing in our Educators, we are investing in the future of our communities.

Energizing Educator's program details

  • Nominations will be open twice a year, spring and fall.
    • Fall 2025 nominations: Aug. 26 - Oct. 7, 2025
    • Spring 2026 nominations: Dec. 1, 2025 – Jan. 16, 2026
  • Winners will receive:
    • Donation to their classroom for $250.00
    • Donation to their school for $250.00
    • Announcement on CoServ.com and social

Spring 2025 Winners

CoServ is proud to recognize educators who are making a difference in the community!

For Spring 2025, CoServ presented Tanya Crisp, the Special Education Teacher at Monaco Elementary School in Aubrey ISD, and Maricela Bustillos-Rodriguez, a Special Education teacher at Lakeland Elementary School in Lewisville ISD, with the Energizing Educator Award. The award includes a $250 donation to their classroom to help buy supplies not covered by the school's budget and a separate $250 donation for the campus. Energizing Educators are nominated by the community.

Fall 2024 Winners

For Fall 2024, CoServ presented Laytric Lewis, the Career and Technology Teacher at Sanger High School, and Shenna LeMay-Nelssen, a Teacher at Aubrey Middle School, with the Energizing Educator Award. Spring 2024 Winners

For spring 2024, CoServ presented Marco Gonzales, the Band Director at Calhoun Middle School in Denton ISD, and Lauren Hamilton, a First-Grade Teacher at the Krum Early Education Center in Krum ISD, with the Energizing Educator Award.
