Winter Emergency: CoServ statement about ongoing outages
Our area and state are facing a very difficult situation. ERCOT continues to require statewide outages due to the high electricity demand caused by the extreme winter weather, and this is affecting homes, families and businesses in our service territory and throughout the state. These outages will continue until ERCOT confirms the Texas grid is stable.
Please know that CoServ is diligently working to restore outages as safely as possible. Our Customer Care team is working hard to respond to your messages on social media, phone and email. At this time, we cannot give any estimates on restoration times.
