CORINTH, TEXAS – April 8, 2020 – To protect the health and safety of CoServ Employees and members of the communities we serve, and to help minimize potential exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19), CoServ’s Engineering Services Team has implemented the following guidelines:
If CoServ determines an onsite meeting with a commercial builder, developer or other Member/Customer is required, CoServ Employees will practice social distancing by:
- Limiting face-to-face interactions
- Maintaining 20 feet of distance
- Not shaking hands
Also, there will be no physical exchange of documents or any other materials during the appointment; all required documents will be transmitted by email.
The Member/Customer should do as much pre-appointment preparation to the site as possible. Examples of this include:
- Staking of building location
- Staking of meter location
- Identifying property line
If you are unable to adhere to these guidelines, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be required to call in and reschedule an appointment once normal business operations have resumed.
