Electric Service

Start the process by emailing us at [email protected] or call Customer Care at 940-321-7800 and select the Commercial option.

Here are the details about our set-up fees, including a connection fee for processing requests on new accounts:

You will need the following information:

  • Service Address
  • Start date
  • Phone Number
  • Letter of Authorization
  • Texas State Tax ID number, Texas State Filing number or FEIN Number

Electric Fees:

  • $15 Refundable Membership Fee
  • $25 Electric Service Connection Fee
  • Refundable Electric Deposit
  • The membership fee refund will be applied to your final bill upon closing all active accounts.
  • For electric service, deposits will not exceed 1/6th of your annual electric bill (Commercial min. $180.00; Industrial min. $1,540.00).
  • We will refund any deposits to your account after your account is closed or after we receive payment for 24 consecutive bills with no more than one late payment and zero disconnections for nonpayment.

Transfer Service

Is your business moving to a new location? Start the process by emailing us at [email protected] or call Customer Care at 940 321-7800 and select the Commercial option.

Here are the details about our set-up fees, including a connection fee for processing requests on new accounts:

Electric Fees:

  • $25 Electric Service Connection Fee
  • Refundable Electric Deposit
  • The membership fee refund will be applied to your final bill once all active accounts have been closed.
  • For electric service, deposits will be 1/6th of your business' annual electric bill (Commercial min. $180.00; Industrial min. $1,540.00).
  • We will refund any deposits to your account after your account is closed or after we receive payment for 24 consecutive bills with no more than one late payment and zero disconnections for nonpayment.

Stop Service

Moving out of CoServ territory? Please email [email protected] or call Customer Care at 940-321-7800 and select the Commercial option to request disconnection.

Make sure to keep us updated on future addresses (even if it's outside CoServ territory) so we can contact you about your Capital Credits. To make an address change, all you have to do is email us at [email protected].

The membership fee refund will be applied to your final bill once all active accounts have been closed.

Natural Gas Service

CoServ takes pride in excellent customer service and that starts with getting natural gas flowing at your business.

Start the process by emailing us at [email protected] or call Customer Care at 940-321-7800 and select the Commercial option.

You will need the following information:

  • Service Address
  • Start date
  • Phone Number
  • Letter of Authorization
  • Texas State Tax ID number, Texas State Filing number or FEIN Number

Gas Fees:

  • $19 Initial Gas Meter Read Fee (if gas is on at the location)
  • $65 Initial Gas Connection Fee (if gas is off at the location)
  • $60 Refundable Gas Deposit
  • When starting gas service, the initial deposit will be $60.
  • If the account is disconnected for nonpayment an additional deposit equal to 1/6th of the annual gas bill may be required to reconnect.
  • We will refund any deposits to your account after your account is closed or after we receive payment for 12 consecutive bills with no more than one late payment and zero disconnections for nonpayment.

To transfer service, call our Customer Care Center at 940-321-7800, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) or email [email protected].

Gas Fees:

  • $19 Initial Gas Meter Read Fee (if gas is on at the location)
  • $65 Initial Gas Connection Fee (if gas is off at the location)
  • Refundable Gas Deposit
  • When transferring gas service, the initial deposit (if required) will be $60.
  • If the account is disconnected for nonpayment an additional deposit equal to 1/6th of the annual gas bill may be required to reconnect.
  • We will refund any deposits to your account after your account is closed or after we receive payment for 12 consecutive bills with no more than one late payment and zero disconnections for nonpayment.
